By signing below, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Business:

    • We will provide your pet with the highest standard of care and treatment, supported by our 24/7 emergency service
    • Our team will treat you and your pet with courtesy, respect, and compassion at all times.
  2. Your Responsibilities as a Pet Owner:
    • Keep dogs on a short lead and cats in secure carriers when visiting the practice. Notify us if your pet is nervous or reactive./li>
    • Be courteous and respectful to staff, clients, and their pets.
  3. Fees and payments:
    • Fees are due in advance for the initial consultation and prior to discharge for further costs
    • If you are concerned about payment, please let us know prior to any treatment and we will do our best to help.
    • We reserve the right to apply administrative fees or involve a Debt Collection Agency for overdue accounts.

  5. Pet insurance:
    • You are responsible for settling your account and claiming reimbursement from your insurance provider.
    • With prior agreement we may be able to do direct claims, there will be a £500 deposit taken in all cases
  6. Medications and prescriptions:
    • Medications cannot be refunded once they leave the premises, but we will dispose of unused medications responsibly.
